I LOVE LOVE LOVE baking. Did I mention I love it? So baking goes hand in hand with afterwards taking some snaps of my glorious creations. The accomplishment of creating that perfect work of art that will be hopefully devoured by family and friends is the highest form of flattery. OK, so my creations aren't the most nutritious in terms of emm..healthy, but they put a smile on anyone's face and make you feel just a little bit, if not a lot better. I guess the photos make it last much longer, if only I could make them scratch and sniff... which is why I just have to keep on baking. The perfect excuse. Pictured from top...
