Working in Italy as a Pastry Chef



































 










I worked in Casperia, Italy just under a month as a Pastry Chef and learned some delicious Italian desserts, as well as pasta and pizza. The ingredients there are so fresh and flavorful and simple. I had a few days off and met some great people, so I decided to explore Florence and Rome and take 1600 photos (no joke), of course I had to do a lot of editing, I couldn't help myself, everything there is so beautiful.
