Pastry Chef















I have graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Baking & Pastry Program, and I am now a Pastry Chef, imagine that! I can officially make cakes and other goodies, including take photos for events and paint something. So book me for your wedding and you'll be set! It was a very intense program, I learned so much and enjoyed all levels of Pastry, including chocolate and sugar...I have always loved to bake, as seen in some of my earlier posts, I just never thought of doing it professionally, but hey, why not right?
